April is UCC's Chief Executive Officer with majority ownership. She is an advocate for diversity and is a model of our core values. April has over 20 years of industry experience and a background in accounting and business management. Her forward thinking has made the company what it is today.
Shanen Scott
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Shanen is UCC's Operations Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in general industry. Shanen has a background in human resources which gives her a keen eye for employee/customer relations. As operations manager, Shanen assists with daily operations, oversees safety, HR, fleet maintenance and general procedures.
